Southern Grace provides COVID-19 vaccination to Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers staff, students, and contractors

For Immediate Release

CHARLESTON, S.C. --Southern Grace Pain and Regenerative Medicine, located in Mount Pleasant, vaccinated over 160 Federal Law Enforcement Centers (FLETC)-Charleston staff, students, and contractors recently at the training delivery point.

“Today was a huge milestone here at FLETC-Charleston in the COVID fight. We vaccinated 162 students and staff from FLETC, our Participating Organizations, and our contractors,” said Wayne Anderson, Site Director, FLETC-Charleston during the first iteration of vaccine distribution on April 1. “I am most pleased to share that all staff wanting to be vaccinated were offered the opportunity today, and they responded enthusiastically!”

Southern Grace donated their time to administer COVID-19 vaccinations to eligible staff, contractors, and students at the FLETC-Charleston TDP. Southern Grace also directly coordinated with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental to obtain the vaccines to administer to FLETC.

“It is such an honor to provide COVID vaccinations to our federal law enforcement! They do so much every day to protect our country, and this is a small way I could help protect them,” said W. Blane Richardson, MD, Owner, Southern Grace Pain, and Regenerative Medicine. “We are moving one step closer to the new normal. Thank you, FLETC, for the opportunity to contribute to your great work.”

FLETC provides career-long training to law enforcement professionals to help them fulfill their responsibilities safely and proficiently. Through strategic partnerships, FLETC prepares the federal law enforcement community to safeguard the American people, our homeland, and our values.
