On May 3, the FLETC hosted 160 participants in Leadership Georgia,an educational experience for key business leaders dealing with issuesconfronting our state. Five meetings are scheduled at differentlocations in the state and consist of two days each in January, March,May, September, and November. As part of their May visit toJekyll, the Leadership Georgia participants toured the new and uniquetraining facilities of FLETC Glynco including the Danis City complex,Simulations Laboratory, and Intermodal Training Facility. GovernorNathan Deal addressed the group during lunch, as did Major General JimButterworth, Adjutant General, Georgia National Guard.
