All international applicants requesting to attend FLETC programs must mail to the ICBB all original required documents. Once documents are received, ICBB vets the ICBB applicant, through the DHS Foreign Access Management System (DFAMS). Once DFAS approves the applicant, an acceptance letter is sent by email to the applicant stating their approval to attend the training. Applicants are advised to ensure they receive an approval letter before making travel arrangements.
