Description
The TPPTP is designed to prepare federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial law enforcement personnel to deliver a law enforcement briefing to fellow officers that presents foundational terrorism prevention knowledge. The applicants should be law enforcement or direct law enforcement support personnel instructors/presenters. The program was developed through a partnership between the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL) and FLETC under the auspices of the Department of Homeland Security Office of Community Partnerships (OCP) with a primary focus on addressing the needs of law enforcement partners with a limited Terrorism Prevention/Countering Violent Extremism capacity.
