Law Enforcement Program Specialist Training Program (LEPSTP)

The Law Enforcement Program Specialist Training Program (LEPSTP) was developed to provide critical training to Program Specialist (PS) and/or Senior Instructors (SI) in the core areas of training program management.  Program Specialists at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) perform critical roles in the success of the training mission.  In the Training Management Division (TMD), corresponding training management functions at the field sites, and in the training divisions, the Program Specialists interface with management, partner organizations, instructors, the training resource providers, and the students.
