Police Pursuit Issues for Managers and Supervisors Seminar (PPIMS)
Up one levelThis program will train Managers and Supervisors to better address issues involving the vehicle pursuit, and aid managers to better evaluate, develop, and revise policies dealing with pursuit. The program addresses the Managers and Supervisor’s responsibility during pursuits and the explosive issue of concluding the pursuit safely. Further, the program discusses the critical need for training that will insure compliance with pursuit policies.

Instructors
The lead instructors for the PPIMS are current and former law enforcement officers with extensive police experience from federal and state agencies. These instructors specialize in pursuit related issues, have been managers in police departments, and have experience testifying as an expert witness in civil and criminal pursuit related cases.
Prerequisites for Attendance
Attendees must be employed in law enforcement or related positions that require a need for knowledge of the subject matter.
