Advanced Law Enforcement Problem Solving Training Program (ALEPSTP)
This program combines the current crime theories with a specific problem identified by the participant which would be relevant to a participating law enforcement agency. The participant will be able to use these crime theories in order to understand how the problem occurred and develop a plan to sustainably prevent the problem from reoccurring. The participants will use web-based tools to develop a custom learning path, collaborate with team members using an on-line discussion forum, and will be evaluated with an online assessment instrument.
Export Training
This program is designed to be exported to an agency specific worksite. Using this option provides the agency with a unique opportunity to provide on-site, high quality training at a substantial savings to the agency. The agency saves in the budget areas of transportation costs, per diem, and housing costs per student.
