Tactical Medicine / In-Service

The Tactical Medicine Training Program is a 1 day program intended to provide LEO/Operator with the most current information,  gain knowledge and skills necessary to prevent the loss of their life or the life of another while in a combat or tactical environment.  The skills will address treating life threatening injuries in an austere environment with limited equipment, lack of medically trained personnel and prolonged time to evacuation.

Type: In-Service

Length: 1 day

Training Topics:

  • Medical Threat Assessment
  • Apply Techniques to control life threatening bleeding
  • Perform Techniques to threat life threatening and non-life threatening injuries
  • Demonstrate lifting and moving victims from hostile environment

Who Should Attend

Qualified applicants must be full-time, sworn law enforcement peace officers.
