Important Info for NEW Students

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) export training to state, local, and tribal law enforcement across America. These programs are tuition-free and are usually either hosted by a local department or academy or are conducted at FLETC facilities in Glynco GA, Artesia NM, Charleston SC or Cheltenham MD. In addition, there is also a liaison to assist state, local, campus, and tribal officers seeking to attend training in FLETC advanced training programs that are designed to develop specialized law enforcement knowledge and skills. [Note that there may be a fee associated with these programs. Go to https://www.fletc.gov/osl/fletc-advanced-training-programs.html to get additional information.]

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation notice via email or fax as soon as the program is confirmed. Typically, programs are confirmed 30 days prior to the start date. However, programs may cancel as late as two weeks prior to program start date if a minimum number of students are not registered. Registering on-line is the fastest way to receive confirmation.
