Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) Notice

You must have a RISSNET account in order to access the FLETC ELP.

If you do not have a RISSNET account, please contact the appropriate in-region RISS Center by clicking on this link www.riss.net/Centers.aspx. Select the RISS Center based on your agency’s physical location. Click on the email address and send a request to establish an account. Please reference your need to access the Electronic Learning Portal as the basis for establishing a RISS account.

If you already have a RISSNET account, click on this link to leave FLETC.GOV and have your web browser automatically redirected to the Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) secure Intranet (RISSNET) for authentication into the FLETC Electronic Learning Portal (ELP). You can also access your RISSNET account at www.riss.net.
