RISS Login Instructions

Once RISS has provided your login information, proceed with steps 1-7 for the initial login:

1. Log in.
2. Click “My Resources” at bottom of page.
3. Under “Resource Categories”, highlight “External-Law Enforcement Exclusive”.
4. Under “Add to Favorites”, select “Federal Law Enforcement Training Center”.
5. Click “Update Favorites” to make the FLETC ELP easily accessible on the user’s RISS Net home page.
6. Repeat step 4.  Click “Go”.
7. Select your organization from the pull-down menu and click “Submit”.

*Follow the on-screen instructions to select a course from the FLETC ELP once logged onto the FLETC ELP (Plateau).

Procedure for subsequent logins:

1. Log on to RISS account.
2. Click “Federal Law Enforcement Training Center” under “My Favorites”.
3. Select your organization from the pull-down menu and click “Submit”.
